We specialize in ceramic coating and paint corrections, window tinting, and paint protection films. We aim to achieve the best service, quality and uphold a five star reputation.

The Detail Shop is seeking a driven, highly motivated Window Tint and Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer looking to join a fast-paced industry with long-term career opportunity. This candidate will be responsible for the installation of both products on new or used cars. In this position, you will have unlimited potential to achieve your desired salary. Installation is to conform to high standards and or manufacturer specifications and time allowances. A Window Film and PPF installer is expected to perform quality work without direct or continual supervision an be able and willing to work on all work assigned to him/her. This candidate will accomplish all objectives by supporting the values, philosophies and policies of The Detail Shop.

Job Requirements

• Prior film experience preferred (i.e. paint protection film, window film, vinyl graphics, etc...)
• Willing to train based on meeting all other qualifications
• Valid in state driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
• Submit to and successfully complete a background check
• Ability to operate computer and plotter system for tint/PPF products
• Meticulous, clean and organized
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple people from customers to internal team members
• Strong follow up, detail-orientated and organization skills
• Assure all tools and equipment to be maintained properly on a daily basis
• Responsible for personal safety as well as safety of team members and others
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret written information and instructions
• Ability to manage film and tool inventory
• Works harmoniously with others

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
