Requirements:
- Knowledge of Civil Litigation Procedures
- Plaintiff Personal Injury experience
- Experience with e-filing & e-service
- Thorough and precise with drafting and filin complaints
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook (no beginners…)
- Experience with case management software.
Qualifications
