Job description

Responsible for assessing and initiating pre-hospital emergency treatment as directed by protocols and/or medical control physician. Must maintain the patient’s record with proper documentation of pre-hospital observations, actions taken, and treatments rendered. Coordinates and participates in transfers to other facilities as needed. Responds to 911 calls to provide ALS services to citizens of Oktibbeha County and Mississippi State University including MSU athletics. Must be MS licensed and nationally registered paramedic with current EMS driver’s license. BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required. 24-hour shifts with differential added for night hours

Pay: $18.00 - $19.25 per hour
