The May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities West Springfield and Chicopee campuses are currently accepting resumes for a full-time Instructor to provide educational services to children and adolescents, ages 3-22, with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. We provide full-day, year-round educational and vocational services for children and adolescents from preschool to age 22, using proven methods of treatment and teaching based on the latest clinical and applied research.Come join our dynamic team! As an Instructor, you would be placed in a classroom to support students individually in our 1:1 student to staff ratio school. You will receive in - depth training with each student in your class and rotate to work with several students in your classroom each day.In addition to working directly with students, there will be time devoted to training, meetings and student case management to best support the students we serve.
