ABOUT THE ROLE:
Growing Home is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Parents as Teachers (PAT) Coordinator to
provide administrative and programmatic support for the PAT home visitation program. This role
facilitates participant enrollment, serves as a liaison with families, and oversees group activities.
Additionally, this role manages program supplies and prepares reports as needed. Other
responsibilities include:

  • Manage, organize, and track program supplies and materials for the PAT program,
including ordering new items; preparing and assembling activities; and cleaning and
sanitizing items as needed
  • Oversee effective planning and implementation of at least 9 parenting groups per year
and annual PAT graduation, ensuring creation of calendar of events with clear team
member responsibilities and follow through to ensure timely, effective planning occurs
  • Screen eligibility and facilitate families’ enrollment in Growing Home programs, serve as
main point of contact for Parents as Teachers referrals internally and externally
  • Provide training coordination and support to newly hired PAT team members

ABOUT YOU:
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required (written and oral fluency necessary)
  • Proven track record in administrative or program support or direct service work such as
case management, social work, early childhood education, or related position
  • Experience in and passion for early childhood education and parenting education within a
diverse community
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook


HOURS OF WORK AND LOCATION:

  • Hours of Work: This position is full-time, 40 hours a week. Work will generally be
completed Monday-Friday, between 9:00 am-5:30 pm, with some evenings and
weekends required.
  • Location: Work will primarily be performed in the Growing Home offices, with some local
travel required. Dependent on job duties, hybrid work locations and schedule may be
permitted.
