Mobile Work Crew – Park Attendant

Part Time Position Available

The Arc of the Emerald Coast provides services to intellectually and developmentally disabled children and adults in Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton Counties. These services enable individuals to live, work, and play in their community. We invite you to be a part of our team and make a difference in the life of a special needs person. We have an immediate opening for MWC Staff.

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for various ground maintenance and highway litter pickup in accordance with DOT and RESPECT contract and standards.

Education / Experience:

  • Must possess basic work skills, with one year experience in janitorial, or a related field.

Qualifications:

  • Must pass drug test (medical marijuana not permitted)

Essential Job Functions:

  • Clean, sweep, blow, hose, and power wash sidewalks
  • Clean garbage, litter, cigarette butts, and debris from grounds
  • Clean, sweep, blow, hose, and power wash picnic facilities
  • Safely operate weed eater, lawn mower, and other equipment
  • Notify supervisor of maintenance needs, supply needs, and any otherissues.
  • Complete any documentation or checklists as required
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Perform other functions, as directed, relevant to the position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 per hour
