We’re seeking a Part Time AM FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE to join the Operations team for our best in class production facility in East Providence. The Part Time associates will work with the AM Fulfillment team for a consistent Sunday/Monday/Tuesday schedule. Specific shift hours noted below.

What does an AM Fulfillment Associate at F&F do?

The core responsibilities with this position are to assist with pulling deliveries and assembling orders on delivery days for our delivery team to bring them to their final destination.

• Pack orders according to member specifications with attention to detail on customizations, portion sizes and dish names
• Prepare partner products and component items according to order specifications
• Pack cages with packaged/labeled food according to order specifications
• Unloading deliveries of packaging and supplies, and organizing the warehouse
• Assisting the Garde Manger team with pulling packaging, labeling and packing food
• Restocking, organizing packaging
• Participating in ice rotations, ensuring there is ample ice frozen for weekly delivery volume

What does a strong applicant for this position have?

• 2+ years work experience, preferably in a warehouse environment
• Care for presentation and quality of product
• A sense of ownership and pride over your workspace
• A rigorous attention to detail, quality, and safety standards
• A natural sense of urgency and hustle
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• The ability to multitask
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. Multiple times/day
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours)
• Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment for 8-10 hour shifts
• Must have reliable transportation!
• Desire to contribute positively to your coworkers and to the company
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Very strong work ethic and enthusiastic attitude
• Tech savvy is a major plus! We like to integrate tech into all aspects of the business
• Positive attitude; we believe a negative attitude inhibits everything about what we are trying to accomplish as a team.

Consistent Weekly Schedule:

Sunday: 4:00am-1:30pm

Monday: 4:00am-2:00pm

Tuesday: 4:00am-12:00pm
