Are you looking for an opportunity to be a part of a small team focused on offering compassionate care for hospice patients?

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the nurse works under the general direction of Quiet Oaks administration in the provision of skilled nursing assessment, planning and care, in order to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families.

This position is responsible for identifying patient/family needs, for providing supportive care in accordance with attending physician’s /medical director’s orders, plan of care and Quiet Oaks Hospice House policies and procedures.
