Part-time Circulation Assistant

Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School seeks a part-time Circulation Assistant for its Tampa Bay campus library. The Circulation Assistant will assist patrons at the Circulation Desk, shelve books, search for missing materials, file and update materials, and assist library users with reserving group study rooms. The position requires evening and weekend hours.

Successful candidates will possess all or many of the following qualifications and/or skills: some college work, or an associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is preferred; a minimum of one of year customer service experience; strong customer service, excellent attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and openness to diverse, multicultural environment and working with a broad range of individuals. Library experience is helpful but not necessary.
