Job description

We're looking for skilled, dependable and trustworthy Janitorial Subcontractors to clean 2 Fitness Centers three times weekly starting on May 1st. The job requires 6 hours a night three times weekly(Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays) and the fitness centers are in Weatherford and Hudson Oaks, TX. The ideal subcontractor must be organized, detailed-oriented, punctual, has a proven track record and is experienced in the janitorial industry. The candidate will be able to work independently with little to no supervision in a deadline-driven environment, prioritize multiple tasks and must have own cleaning supplies. This is a contract position that is a long term assignment which pays semi-monthly on the 5th and 20th of every month. Ideal candidate must be willing to sign a non-compete and subcontractor agreement. 6 hours per day or however long it takes to clean 2 facilities. You set your own hours each evening anytime between 8pm and 5am. We will begin contacting candidates to meet for in-person interviews on April 17th.

Responsibilities:

Must provide proof of DBA(doing business as) and proof of insurance at time of interview

This is a 1099 Position

• Puts safety first at all times. Inspects for hazards and spills prior to working
• Mopping, dusting, sweeping, sanitizing, vacuuming floors thoroughly
• Scrubbing tiles whenever necessary
• Dusting ceiling fans once every two weeks
• Cleaning interior/exterior store front windows once monthly
• Taking out the trash and replacing trash bags in all trash containers during each clean
• Removes debris and trash from walkways, windows, driveways, parking lots and grounds to ensure premises are clean
• Restocking of supplies ( toilet paper, paper towels, soap dispenser, etc) in restrooms. Provided by the gym
• Thoroughly dusting and wiping down all fitness equipment from top to bottom during each clean to include removing scuff marks from machines
• Putting weights back in its rightful place during each clean
• Must be dependable, trustworthy and punctual attendance is an essential function of the job
