Job description

Temporary Finance Administrator required for 3 months, for a small niche service business based in Brockenhurst, parking on site and office close to train station.

Key duties:-

  • Input all timesheets on to Xero and assist with the payroll process
  • CIS returns to HMRC
  • Payroll queries (self-employed workers)
  • Invoicing
  • Small amount of credit control

You must have good accounts/payroll experience and some experience of Xero or Sage and strong Excel/Word skills. Attention to detail and accuracy is important as well as effective time management and organisational skills. You will need to be able to self-manage but work in a small team.

If you are available immediately/short notice this would be an advantage. Good working environment, parking on site.

Hours are Monday to Tuesday 9am to 2, Wednesday 9am to 1pm, 14 hours in total.
