Job description

Looking for someone to fill a part-time front of house position at a Korean Fried Chicken store.

This role acts as the Customer Service specialist of the store

They are responsible for exceeding customer service expectations by listening to customer needs, offering extensive product knowledge at the POS and going above and beyond to ensure they've created an authentic connection with the customer

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Must have a source of reliable transportation

Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required

Must work well under pressure

Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently

Preferred but not necessary: Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Korean)

Responsibilities:

Maintain high quality customer service by greeting, selling, and servicing of all customers

Maintain personal and productivity goals
