Title: Part-time Maintenance
Property Information: Cannon Beach Hotel Collection
Cannon Beach Hotel Collection is comprised of four boutique hotels; The Cannon Beach Hotel, the Courtyard, McBee Cottages and the Hearthstone Inn. The properties are conveniently located in the midtown section of Cannon Beach and have been welcoming travelers for many years.
Responsibilities:
Empty garbage and take recycling to designated areas.- Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities.
- Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests.
- Maintain property grounds including lawn mowing, hedge trimming, landscaping, power washing, exterior paint touch-ups, etc.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Hotel or vacation rental property maintenance experience preferred
- Problem-solving aptitude
Physical Requirements
While performing the required duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods of time. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
