Part-time Office Coordinator - Outreach and Graduate Programs
Job description
This is a temporary part-time position expected to last one year.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the Business Outreach and Graduate Programs team, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
- Provide administrative support for various events and projects, such as workshops, seminars, and recruitment events.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records and databases, including student records and program evaluations.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective and current students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Support the team in the development and execution of marketing and outreach strategies to promote the college's graduate programs and business outreach initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills Considered Essential for Success
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Requirements:
- Two-year post secondary education, plus 2 years related administrative experience
Additional Information:
Hourly Range: $15.13 - $17.00
