This position is for a motivated Showroom assistant to greet customers, help them find what they need, and make their experience in store a positive one.


Who you are


Our ideal applicant is someone who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training,but must have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a in a team. If you love a challenge and have good knowledge of musical instruments, specifically on the guitars side of things, we can’t wait to see your CV!


What you will do


You will welcome our custiomers into the showroom, help them to find what they are looking for and provide great customer service


  • Providing advice to customers regarding instruments in the showroom, mainly guitars.
  • Demonstration of instruments and musical equipment
  • Stock control and management
  • Ensuring the Showroom is always well stocked and well presented
  • Addressing and solving any customer service issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Being adaptable and able to assist customers with purchases outside of your specialist area

  • Knowledge of guitar brands and products
  • Confident and friendly manner towards customers and colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy – MS-Office, Outlook and Internet
  • Good technical understanding of musical instruments
  • Experience in product presentation and have a good eye for detail
  • Professional experience in retail or customer service is an advantage
