A bit about us: We are a close-knit family of 4: mom, dad, our 5yo daughter, and a (super friendly and people-loving) golden doodle puppy named Coco! We, parents, will be responsible for Coco so you will not need to provide any puppy care. We love spending time together: all of us really enjoy doing art and reading books. Both of us parents work from home, but we’ll be out of sight upstairs in our offices. Grandparents will also be visiting this summer but they will also remain out of sight during the time you are nannying our daughter. Our backyard with a playground set, downstairs play room, and living room, and the kitchen areas are all open to you and our daughter during the day!
A bit about you: You’re great with kids and really love getting down on their level to play. You consider your nanny style as kind, communicative, engaging, and fun-focused. Kids who’ve worked with you in the past still talk about how much fun they had listening to your stories, going on imaginative adventures, and doing countless arts and crafts projects. You’re the best friend nanny that kids talk about for years to come!
Job Duties: We need someone fun, energetic, and engaging who really enjoys being around kids! You won’t be responsible for any chores or household responsibilities: we really just want our daughter to have FUN. Since she’ll be on break from school, we’d love your help setting clear expectations and keeping some sort of loose schedule (crafts, activities, outside play, snacks, etc.) so she is ready for Kindergarten this fall and is not surprised by structure. It would be a bonus if you enjoy art too, our daughter loves all crafts from markers, painting, gluing, you name it. If you have any recommendations for toys or activities you believe she’d love doing, please let us know and we’d be happy to pick them up. Our wish is for our daughter and you to have a fun and memorable summer!

Qualifications: 2 years of experience and glowing references from recent nanny positions.
