Job description

Community Concierge Services (CCS) is growing in the valet trash industry and not slowing down. CCS provides valet trash, also known as door step trash, services to apartment communities in multiple states. CCS is currently looking for a Valet Trash Team Lead. A TRUCK IS REQUIRED. As the team lead:

-You will work Sunday-Thursday on one of the smaller routes (1-2 hours). This includes going up and down 3 story buildings, collecting bagged trash and cardboard, recording any violations to collection guidelines, and properly disposing of trash collected in community compactor/dumpster.

-Assist the District Manager with any holes after those two routes are completed. If there are no other holes in the area, the night is done. Extra pay is given for routes covered

-Assist the District Manager with training new porters in your given area.

-Assist the District Manager with any audits ( checking behind the porters when they have completed their route)

This opening is a growth position and the person selected will be able to advance in the company as it continues to grow. The individual must be reliable, consistent, and able to work independently. The right person for the job must have:

-The ability to work Sunday-Thursday starting at 7:00 pm and finishing as late as 12am as needed (rare and most nights should be finished around 9:00)

-An open bed truck

-A reliable smart phone and comfortable using it

-The ability to learn the layout of multiple apartment communities

-A valid driver's license

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
