SALARY : Up to £9.50ph

We are currently looking for Weekday Production Operatives.

This role will ideally suit parents who are look for a role to work around their childrens school hours, and is a Monday to Friday position working from 9.30am to 3pm.

In a nutshell, you will be busy …….

Working in one of our very busy roles within the production chain. With beautiful flowers coming in from around the world, we need to deliver a quality lead process of intaking the flowers, building beautiful bouquets to our customers exacting standards and packaging them safely for their onward journey to our customers.

On a daily basis you will be :

• Wrapping/bouquet making/sleeving/box making etc.
• Follow and adhere to the ‘clean as you go’ policy for the site.
• Develop basic skills on Rubicon in order to print finished goods labels.
• Operate the bucket machine and strap machine if required.
• Follow customer specifications against orders and deadlines
• Recognise good and bad quality flowers, raising any concerns with your Line Leader

However no previous experience is needed as you will be working as part of a team and be trained against Standard Operating Procedures within the department. You will be shown how to operate safely with Health and Safety training given to include manual handling, and working with sharps when cutting flowers
