Stark Tech has an immediate opening for a Parts Coordinator in Cicero, NY! If you have outstanding customer services skills, and can handle a fast paced work environment we want to talk to you!

How are you successful in this role?

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage the entire parts sales process from start to finish. Have exceptional customer service skills to support the front counter, phone sales, and quote customers. Have the ability to manage the warehouse and inventory system. Ship and receive orders daily. Work with Accounts Receivable on billing. Carry out all work related to parts warranty issues. Be able to research, order, obtain purchase orders, and authorizations. Collaborate with assigned Service Manager as needed, for scheduling service manpower for day to day operations. Work with field personnel by assisting with parts location/ordering.

What are we looking for?

• High School Diploma required
• Two (2) years experience in Parts and/or Service field required
• Must be highly motivated
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with handheld devices, such as Smartphones, iPads, etc.

What we would love to see?

• Associates Degree
• Prior experience in the industrial HVAC service industry a plus.
• Ability to operate a fork lift
• Mechanical aptitude a plus.
