Today's Parts Manager must be competent in many skills. One must be fluent in computer software that controls inventory management and parts look-up. Parts manager (PM) must also have interpersonal skills to engage both customers and employees at all levels of communication. PM must be willing to train and be trained to highest level of job performance, to extract high CSI and exceptional parts department performance. PM must be attentive to inventory pitfalls like obsolescence, returns, and accuracy to ensure the highest level of return on investment.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirments:

• previous Parts Manager experience preffered
• great orginizational skills concerning the parts area and the parts department
• high attention to detail when ordering parts
• previous CDK experience preferred but not required
