Busy, upscale restaurant by Chef David Burke looking for highly motivated people to join #teamchewdoin.

• work with the pastry team to produce all pastry goods.
• Ensure all cooking techniques and plate presentations are being followed
• Ensures that the kitchen is clean and compliant with all regulatory requirements for food handling, sanitation, employment law and safety
• Be a punctual team player and motivated worker.

Experience

• 1 - 2 years in a restaurant setting preferred.

Education

• Certificate of Sanitation from Serve Safe preferred

OTHER

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Physically fit and agile; able to carry 40 pounds'
