Job description
Sam's Social Club at Indian Springs Resort is seeking a Pastry Cook for an early morning shift (5:00am to 1:30pm).
Duties/Responsibilities:
Pastry production for 'La Palmeraie' airstream cafe' as well as Sam's Social Club.
Note any out-of-stock items for possible shortages.
Assist in other prep work as needed.
Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods,
quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
Maintains a clean and sanitary work station.
Completes required tasks within assigned timeframe.
Responsible and professional individual needed. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous pastry experience required. This is a full time position.

Wage: From $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
