Seeking a passionate pastry chef to work alongside our Pastry Chef and Executive Chef. Our culinary program uses seasonal and fresh ingredients while staying true to technical innovation with a non formal attitude. We need the best of the best culinary professionals who are hungry to learn, grow and to be rewarded for your efforts. Our culture is engaging , fun and caring. Responsibilities:

• Assist Executive and Sous Chef in contributing to our culinary culture.
• Assists in daily operations of all areas of the kitchen including prep + production + service execution.
• Curate new and exciting pastries and desserts

• Ensuring proper handling of all food items and rotation of product.

• Excels at following direction, recipe adherence and making incredible food for all to enjoy!

• Plays well with others. Willingness to help your fellow team members to succeed.
• Must work with cleanliness and organization in mind.
• Follow personal hygiene behaviors.
• Follow our standards on heating, cooling and proper temperatures.
• Ability to lift up to 50# safely.
• Desire to grow in our profession and open to coaching.

• Strong bakery exposure a must
• Knife and measuring skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
