FULL TIME MEDICAL FRONT OFFICE ASSOCIATE

We have a full-time MEDICAL FRONT OFFICE opportunity available for an experienced receptionist, unit clerk, or patient service representative. Retina Consultants of Nevada has seven locations in Nevada and Utah. This position is located in Las Vegas and will require occasional work at separate locations.

This is a TEAM role that will need your patience, high levels of communication and integrity

Our front office teams work to assist incoming patient visits and calls, collecting payments, and referring our patients to services with patience, positivity, and productivity.

A successful candidate for FRONT OFFICE MEDICAL ASSOCIATE has the following:

• A high school diploma, (some college is excellent!)
• A committed work history that shows longevity and growth
• Experience in a fast-paced OFFICE environment (healthcare or medical office preferred, but not required)
• Experience with insurance payments, appointment scheduling, referrals and patient intake preferred
• Familiarly with computer software and the ability to learn new systems quickly (Electronic health record experience preferred)
• Proven work history of EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE, including professional references and completion of a background check.
• The ability to work at different work locations during the day on occasion- clean DMV and/or transportation required.
• An interest in self education and career growth. This is not a job; it is a healthcare career.
