Responsibilities

-Provide coordinator care for patients by ensuring an efficient flow of the clinic

-Scheduling, answering phones, collecting payment, and whatever else the patient may need

-Help manage the office and take care of the business side of things

-Check health insurance benefits and light medical billing

-Greet, check in and assist patients to heir rooms and prep rooms for new patients

-Assist the practitioner in the room when needed with patient care

-Providie alternative therapies to patients when needed

-Assist in Marketing and Advertising

-Assist with holiday or seasonal promotions and fundraising events

Qualifications

-Must have a passion or strong interest in alternative medicine

-Ability to work in a face-paced work environment, multi-task and adapt to company growth

-Has a passion for working with people and cheering them on while they gain their health and life back.

-Happy, upbeat, warm, friendly, empathetic, self-starter with the ability to work independently

-Organized and efficient with attention to details and the ability to prioritize tasks

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills-Social media marketing knowledge a plus

-Great team player and supportive team member

-Prides self in high level of customer service

-Clear, concise communication with clients and staff

-Dependable, reliable, and professional

-2+ years in medical customer service a plus

We have a weekday, daytime schedule with the major holidays off and only the rare weekend commitment when we run events.

*Please note we are looking for either 1 40 hr/week job/ salaried postion or two part-time, time sharing postions.

*Our clinic aim is to meet the needs of our patients so our hours are:

M/W/F 9-4pm, T/Th: 9:30am-6:30pm, non patient hours Friday: 9-5pm.

*This is a medical settting so masks are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
