Job description

We are looking for someone upbeat and friendly to join our highly positive dental team as a receptionist. This person will learn and work alongside our two established front office team members and will be the first point of contact for our patients.

The right candidate will have the following attributes:

• Minimum 1-year experience in dental field
• Customer service oriented
• Fabulous communication skills both in person and on the phone, must be a "people" person
• Detail oriented (Very important in the medical field!)
• A motivated, self-starter who takes initiative and wants to learn
• Tech saavy
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Great at multitasking and prioritizing tasks

Daily duties to start out will include:

• Primary phone answerer
• Confirming and making appointments
• Checking in patients
• Updating demographics
• Scanning/uploading patient documents
