Patient Experience Coordinator
Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator for our Salt Lake City-Holladay, UT clinic. As a patient coordinator, you will provide a positive, supportive, and personable experience for our patients by addressing any questions or concerns. The ideal candidate will embody Serenity’s core values and have a passion for helping our patients day in and day out. We are looking for an individual who has passion for connecting and creating excellent patient experience through meaningful conversations.

Full-time (3 13-hour shift)
Location:
Salt Lake City-Holladay, UT
Office Hours:
Monday-Friday: 6 am-8 pm, Saturday: 7 am-7 pm

What You Will Do
- Help patients feel valued by creating rapport, remembering their names, their interests, and stories.
- Build patient trust by answering questions, addressing worries, respecting boundaries, and being sensitive to their individual challenges.
- Manage, track, and maintain FMLA and disability paperwork.
- Ensure positive patient experience by providing support and compassion.
- Rotate through various office tasks throughout the day.
What We Are Looking For
- High School Diploma/ GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
- Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- 1+ year of full-time experience in a reception or high-volume customer service industry.
