Women's Comprehensive Health Care is looking for an Patient Appointment Scheduler for one of our fast paced practices.

Position: Patient Scheduler
Employment Type: Full-time (40hrs)
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00a- 5:00p

Responsibilities:

• Promptly and professionally answer telephone calls, route calls appropriately, or redirect as needed.
• Greet patients and visitors while providing assistance in a pleasant and friendly manner. Direct to the appropriate greeting areas. Screen visitors for solicitation.
• Schedule patient appointments accurately accordingly guidelines as well as policy and procedures. Maintain follow up and wait lists as appropriate.
• Completes assigned tasks in a timely and thorough manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

• Experience in customer service or reception, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of screening protocols.
• Comfortability with multi-tasking with close attention to detail.
• Friendly, out-going, team-player attitude.
• Comfortable with learning new software systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Medical scheduling: 2 years (Preferred)
