Job description
The Dental Care Center in Wilson is looking for a dynamic Patient Services Representative to join our growing practice! The Dental Care Center offers competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
Duties include but Not limited to:
*Checking patients in/out
*Schedule patients
*Verifying patient info. (health history and ins)
*Entering patient’s info into Dentrix
*Scan documents, Answer phone
*Help confirm appt’s and rescheduling
Requirements:
*Must be “Patient” oriented
* Customer Service skills
*Excellent phone etiquette
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
