- Manage the PMTs in their use of equipment to perform line painting services, we offer power sweeping, power washing, asphalt seal coating, crack filling, pothole repair and more!
- Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project.
- Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
- Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site.
- Out of town travel
- Able to work Saturdays & Sundays when necessary.
- Able to work Days and Nights - most work is expected to occur on a night shift starting between 7pm-11pm
- Additional tasks as required.
- 1-3 years supervisory experience
- A local full driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportation.
- You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve.
- You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
- Ability to work well independently unsupervised.
- Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset but optional.
- A Construction/Road Maintenance/Civil Engineering work/crew educational or work background is an asset but optional.
- Desire to be constantly learning, growing with the position/company!
