Position Summary: Responsible for a variety of administrative functions to assist the Human Resource department to include bi-weekly processing of payroll and scheduling of nurse aides. All tasks require a high degree of confidentiality.

Position Responsibilities:
- Must follow HCF Policy and Procedures
- Ensure that aide staffing is adequate to meet State and Federal requirements
- Monitor nursing aide department hours daily
- Maintain attendance records for nursing aide department and initiate appropriate disciplinary process related to attendance issues
- Maintains records of nursing department in-servicing, including online training platform
- Plans in-service education as directed by DON and LNHA
- Enters schedules in timekeeping system that accurately reflects all department schedules
- Processes KTAR’s and bi-weekly payroll
- Monitors payroll incentives for accuracy per policy
- Assists Human Resource Director with filing and other administrative tasks
- Assigns user names and passwords to applicable software platforms
- Assists Human Resource Director with ATS and reference checks
- All other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and abilities: High School diploma required. College and/or vocational administrative schooling desired. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Payroll software, (Kronos preferred).
