As a Payroll Specialist, your strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy ensures proper compensation and timely distribution of paychecks.

LOCATION: Riedman Campus
DEPARTMENT: Payroll
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday days
ATTRIBUTES
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in payroll required
- Strong analytical, computer and communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Payroll Management. Demonstrate understanding of work flow and methodology for processing payroll; handle all incoming garnishments; log-in, set-up and monitor balances; adjust employee benefits banks, PTO, vacation and any payroll errors; order vendor checks for payroll deductions (insurance, tax-sheltered annuities, etc.)
- Processing. Process KA entries, payroll adjustments/corrections, professional services, retro pay increases, special manual checks for errors and TC1 entries (online time entries or corrections); process terminated employee benefits after accruals and review flex dollars and deductions
- Auditing. Conduct full auditing of all time sheets and time documents and full processing of disability and workers compensation payments
