The NBN group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our home care case in Bridgewater, NJ.

Patient : 3 Year old Female
Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Equipment: ng tube, respitory & pulse ox monitoring, CPAP, suction PRN for congestion, g- tube bolus via pump 4x/ day, and medication administration via g- tube.

- Tuesday 7a-7p
- Friday 7a-7p
- Saturday 7a-7p
- Sunday 7a-7p

Responsibilities:
- Provides skilled nursing 1 on 1 patient care in the home.
- Monitors and assesses patients physical condition.
- Performs treatment and medication administration as prescribed by the physician.
- Submits clinical notes and patient assessment by Tuesday at 12pm following the week that services are provided.
- Experience with any or all of the following equipment: G-Tubes, NG-Tubes, Feeding pumps, O2 Administration, Pulse Ox monitoring, Trach and Vent, etc.
Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN licensure in good standing in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current CPR certification
- The ability to lift 40lbs
- The ability to function independently in the home
- Current Drivers License
- Must have a satisfactory criminal background check as defined by company policy.
