Job Schedule: 2 days during week of April 10-14 and 2 days during week of April 24-28. Dayshift 10 hours
Job Type: Per Diem
Pay rate: $220/hr patient care hours, $160/hr lab review hours

Full Description
VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Physician to provide DOT (Department of Transportation) certified Medical Exam (FMCSA) checkups on site at a private business in Sag Harbor, New York.
Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Provide DOT (Department of Transportation) certified Medical Exam (FMCSA) checkups
- Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.
- Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.
- Provide lab review follow-ups.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Valid and clean license to work in NY.
- Must be DOT/FMCSA Certified.
- Background in internal medicine, family practice, urgent care, or emergency room.
- Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster shot).
- Must be able to commute to Sag Harbor, New York.
