OPEN ROLE:
The Performance Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager, the media team, and our partners working on day-to-day paid marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate must have experience managing media buys and making adjustments in real time to optimize ad performance. Candidate must be a pro on paid digital: Facebook, Instagram, Google and YouTube.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Campaign Execution - Implement the strategy for paid campaigns, including bidding, targeting, channel unit/ad creation, etc. with oversight by the Performance Marketing Manager; Support test & learn agendas; Track performance metrics for all locations.
  • Channel Management - Execute the company’s paid digital strategy and ensure all campaigns incorporate a consistent brand message; Involved in day-to-day agency and partner management.
  • Organizational Alignment - Build relationships and handle communications and feedback loops with key internal stakeholders, including the brand marketing team, and franchise support team.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, direct-response media buying or account management.
  • Must demonstrate success in executing and managing successful paid ad strategies;
  • Must stay on top of the latest trends for Paid Media, and implement trends that will benefit the brand’s marketing efforts;
  • Must demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Must be able to work both at home, and in our HQ office (approx. 60/40 split).
  • Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment;
  • Must be able to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree, in marketing or a related field.
  • Must have excellent analytical, critical thinking, organizational and documentation skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience successfully managing external partners (agencies) and internal teams.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs and Mac OS is a benefit;
  • Experience with Slack and HubSpot are a bonus;
  • Appreciation for The Office and a sense of humor are non-negotiable.
SPHERE OF INTERACTION:
  • The Performance Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Performance Marketing Manager.
  • This position will work closely with the entire KidStrong, Inc. organization as well as working with KidStrong, Inc. Area Developers.
  • A high level of collaboration and professionalism is required.
