1. Experience in PERL scripting and using SQL Loader.
2. Experience to work in LINUX environment
3. Flexible to work till late hours. ,Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
4. Recommend reports/dashboards and ongoing process & tools to monitor current production environment to identify issues ,Good customer service & communication skills (email writing and calls)
5. Consistent service to be delivered in line with customer SLAs.
6. A flexible approach to work at all times and the commitment to ensure tasks are completed to deadline
7. Experience working with both internal and external teams Effective prioritization and execution of tasks in a high pressure environment Desirable Skills
8. Experience in working within an ITIL environment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $92,629.99 - $95,554.40 per year
