Lost Creek Dental is an established, state-of-the-art, private, general dentistry practice based in San Antonio, Texas. We are currently seeking a full-time Lead Dentist to join our dynamic team. We average 70 new patients per month. Mentorship and Ownership Opportunities available.

YOUR HISTORY LIKELY SHOWS:
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Dentist
- An ability to diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment for patients, while maintaining the highest standards of care
- Education of patients and guardians on the importance of continual proper oral health and outlining goals for both medical and dental health considerations
- You’ve developed a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for patients to help them feel comfortable while receiving treatment and you encourage patient retention
- Strong organizational and administrative skills—you see what needs to be done and do it
- An ability to multitask, take initiative and anticipate the needs of others
- An ability to project a positive, warm, and professional image in person and on the phone
