Job description

Looking for a female Personal Assistant (PA) and House Manager for a large home and property located in Sagle, ID. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, possess strong office and time management skills, and be able to multitask. Knowledge of home/property care and maintenance is also desired.

The position would be well-suited for someone who values a healthy lifestyle and enjoys working in a natural setting. The workday may involve a variety of indoor and outdoor tasks and may require some physical labor. The candidate would work directly with the estate owner and should be comfortable with animals and occasional heavy lifting. Duties include running errands, light house cleaning, pet care, light food preparation/cooking, coordinating with vendors, filing, and creating an organized office and home.

The family highly values their skilled home staff members and treats them with kindness and respect. The position pays for a full-time 40-hour workweek, but the actual work hours will generally be less. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM. However, there may be occasional weekend availability required, and the family will need someone to stay on the property when traveling for pet care, which will come with additional pay.

The candidate should have reliable transportation, ideally with AWD/4WD and snow or studded tires due to heavy snow at higher elevations and a steep hill. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable being surrounded by nature

COVID-19 considerations:
Personal Assistant is not required to be vaccinated. Family would also ask when off work candidate use good infection control procedures.
