We are an established stable real estate holding company with project and operational oversight responsibilities. Applications are being accepted until April 30. Interviews will begin mid April. For the right candidate, the salary range can be flexible, depending on experience/expertise. Company pays full medical insurance premiums. Candidate should be WA state resident with ability to be onsite minimum 2-3X/week or more as needed in the Tri-Cities WA.

Project Management and/or property management experience needs to be documented.

The successful candidate should have independent decision-making skills. Excellent communication tools is also desirable. Responsibilities include administrative functions, supervising projects in progress, arrangement for meetings, presentations, and coordination with city for permits. The successful candidate should be able to provide support to monitor project progress, perform oversight of existing business (property management) and be organized with different tasks being assigned. On site visits to monitor established projects as well as to monitor progress on project development are needed. May be asked to travel. Candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience working in office with full responsibility to monitor a project on behalf of President and/or owner of company
  • Extreme Honesty and Loyalty
  • Proficiency in Procor, Teams/Zoom are desirable
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with excellent spoken and written grammar
  • Social Media knowledge
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • IT Troubleshooting skills
  • Basic financial knowledge
  • Basic technical skills to understand real estate and construction concepts
  • Awareness of cybersecurity threats
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Dependable, punctual with a good work ethic
  • Coordinating with team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
  • A bachelor’s degree is desirable. At the very least, an AA with business management and/or other field with relevant work experience may be sufficient.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office or facility to access file cabinets, records, machinery, etc.
  • May be asked to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
  • Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder to check building maintenance/hazard issues
  • Constantly positions self to maintain computers in the office or facility, including under the desks and in the server closet
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with vendors in noisy construction sites who have inquiries about bills or job responsibilities. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • Frequently moves storage equipment weighing up to 50 pounds across facility as needed.
  • Performs building oversight in outdoor weather conditions with uneven terrain.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
