About the job:
As Personal Shopping Assistant, you are primarily responsible for managing the flow of luxury inventory and tracking expenses/communication related to client projects and purchases. In this role you will alternate between shipping/receiving and maintaining multiple project spreadsheets.
- Support the stylist/designer with logistics of product flow for shopping experiences.
- Responsible for back office data maintenance.
- Part time and full time available.

What you will do:
- Data entry into Excel or Google Sheets
- Track client project expenses
- Shipping and receiving via UPS, Fedex, DHL, & USPS
- Open shipments and verify manifests for correct contents, recording errors, contacting vendors to resolve issues
- Unboxing, steaming, and sorting wardrobe items
- Sorting return merchandise back into original boxes for shipping
- Lifting, taping, and mailing boxes regularly
- Maintain spreadsheet to track all items
- Maintain vendor matrix
Requirements:
- Skilled in Excel / Google Sheets
- Very organized
- Lift boxes up to 50lbs
- Reliable transportation
