Job description

We are seeking an experienced Personal Trainer who can create and execute effective exercise programs that utilize a variety of different techniques and equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate clients and effectively communicate how to properly perform exercise techniques. The right candidate will also have strong technical skills and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during workouts.

Requirments

• Current CPR/AED certification (or in progress.)
• Personal Training Certification from organization recognized by South Bay Trainer (or in progress.)
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED.)

Responsibilities:

• Work with new clients to understand their goals and aspirations.
• Design a plan to achieve client's goals using a range of exercise techniques.
• Monitor clients' progress and modify exercise regime as required.
• Gain new skills, knowledge and qualifications to inform the service provided.
• Keep client informed on how to achieve their goals.
• Work in a variety of working environments.
• Work to the required level of fitness for the job.
• Be physically agile and able to lift and carry weights up to 50+ pounds.

Pay: $15.50 - $100.00 per hour
