Our goal is to The mission of the Pro Results Personal Training Department at LA Fitness/Esporta Fitness is to take every single member from the level they are now in terms of fitness and functional mobility, to the level they want to be in the safest, fastest, and most enjoyable way possible. The Personal Training Director and Assistant Personal Training Director manage this department by hiring the right sales and personal training staff, personally giving members introductory assessments and achieving department sales goals. This is a full time position with the opportunity to advance. We are looking for someone that can display energy, the ability to energize others, has the edge to make difficult decisions, and can execute! The pay is made up of a base hourly rate, commissions, bonuses, and receive a complimentary club membership. The entry level position can make $1500 to 2500 per month if you do what we teach you with the potential to be promoted into management within 60 to 90 days. Average managers can make 50 to 60K annually and top 100 can make 100K!.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in fitness, health and nutrition. The successful personal trainer will also possess strong interpersonal communication skills and be able to effectively motivate clients to meet their goals. The right individual will enjoy helping clients develop physical activity plans that involve both exercise and healthy eating habits, as well as teaching them about the key components of a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction through one-on-one sessions.
• Evaluate and refine exercise techniques.
• Provide initial fitness assessments and design fitness programs based on client goals.
• Be well versed in the latest fitness techniques and trends.
• Provide nutritional guidance.
• Help clients change unhealthy habits and behaviors.
• Show clients how to achieve their health goals by motivating them to be active, eat right, and live well.
• Be able to create a safe training environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
