Job Description:
Basic Qualifications:
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance. Must undergo a CI Polygraph.
7 - 10 years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within related field.
Active Certified Financial Examiner (CFE) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Certification or must obtain within a year.
Responsibilities' include, but are not limited to:
Prepare all applicable filer notifications regarding SFDP to ensure it is provided to the NGA filer at the intervals specified by the program plan.
Investigate and process Financial Disclosure and Continuous Evaluation (CE) cases in the timeframes designated by the SFDP Team Lead for that filing season.
Accurately assess financial anomalies and unexplained affluence and developed derogatory information for security concerns in accordance with Federal Investigative Standards (FIS) and Security Executive Agent Directive (SEAD) guidance.
Conduct an audit at the end of each filing season of at least five percent of cases filed, to ensure consistent processing of SFDP cases.
Prepare monthly reports on the status of performance metrics, due to the Division Chief on the third working day of each month.
Prepare annual reports summarizing the findings and lessons learned related to anomalies uncovered, percent compliance, actions taken for non-compliance, and trends in customer feedback.
Leveraging lessons learned, propose process improvements to the Division Chief.
Applying the Risk Management Framework (RMF) to provide a process to integrate security and risk management activities into the Financial Disclosure development life cycle.
Applying the risk-based approach to security control selection and specification consideration effectiveness, efficiency, and constraints due to applicable laws, directives, executive orders, polices, standards, or regulations.
Clear and concise writing skills and positive, engaging communication skills.

Salary Range:
$68,400.00 - $119,700.00
