Job SummaryWith a patient centered culture, the Phlebotomist will provide a positive experience to our patients and customers through collecting and receiving appropriate specimens for laboratory testing in an inpatient, outpatient or off-campus site environment. The Phlebotomist registers patients for laboratory testing and maintains established processes for record retention and retrieval and distribution of test results.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent; or higher college degree completed. Successful completion of a Phlebotomy Medical Assistant training program. A minimum of 2 years full time of phlebotomy experience may be considered in place of an approved training program.
Experience Requirements
Basic computer literacy ad familiarity with medical terminology normally acquired through program training and/or work experience preferred
Certifications/ Licensures Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements
Light Work:
Exerting up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. frequently and/or negligible amounts constantly.

Schedule: Part Time, Evenings, 12:30pm-9:00pm
