We are currently seeking a skilled Photobooth Services Coordinator to join our team and manage our growing Photo Booth program.

Job Description:

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Photobooth Services Coordinator to oversee our photobooth program. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, inventorying, and maintaining photobooths, as well as scheduling and managing photobooth attendants. This position requires the ability to work weekends and a strong background in event management or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the setup and teardown of photobooths at various events
• Maintain and manage inventory of photobooth equipment, props, and supplies
• Ensure proper maintenance and troubleshooting of photobooths to guarantee optimal performance
• Schedule, train, and supervise photobooth attendants
• Coordinate with the sales team and clients to ensure seamless integration of photobooth services
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of photobooth attendants, providing feedback and coaching as needed
• Maintain open communication with team members and management to address any issues or concerns

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in event management, entertainment, or a related field
• Strong background in photography and/or photobooth operation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to travel to events and manage inventory
• Possess strong computer skills and the ability to learn and use photobooth software and related applications efficiently
• Proficient in Adobe Suite

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
