We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing in-home physical therapy services to clients in accordance with their care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and develop care plans
• Provide physical therapy services, including exercises and manual therapy
• Monitor progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Physical Therapy license in Massachusetts
• Experience in home health or similar setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
