Therapy Partners of Texas is a fast growing therapy company in Friendswood, TX that provides therapy in the home & nursing facilities throughout Brazoria County.
We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to add to our team to provide therapy services in the clients' homes & our partner rehab facilities throughout Brazoria & Galveston County. We are BUSY!
Responsibilities include: client evals/admissions, managing patient schedules in coordination withDirector of Therapy Services & therapy scheduler, coordinating care with families/patient/facility staff, and adhering to Medicare documentation submission deadlines & State guidelines. Willingness to travel throughout Brazoria & Galveston County.
Home care experience is a plus; Kinnser & WebPT software experience a plus. Spanish speaking is an asset, but not required. Pay is per visit to start then move to a salaried position. *Travel allowance with signed contract.
