Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) in Yeadon, PA
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Yeadon, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing treatment plans that improve mobility, reduce pain, and increase strength and flexibility in patients. They will be responsible for assessing patients, creating individualized care plans and providing exercises and therapy as necessary.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide exercises and therapy that increases mobility, flexibility, strength and reduce pain
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families about physical therapy techniques and exercises
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure or eligibility for the same
- At least 2+ years of experience in physical therapy field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
