We are looking to hire a BC/BE physician who will work as a medical director at our Louisville Metro Government onsite medical center.

Practice Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 10am-7pm

Center hours are 7am-7pm - will rotate above shifts every other month.

No call, nights and holidays are off!

Scope of Practice: Outpatient Family Medicine | Primary Care

Full support team including another clinician onsite, PRN to cover the Saturday morning shift and Concentra Urgent Care attached to this building for additional support.

EMR: Allscripts

Volume: 10-12 patients per day
