Shift hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm


About the role:

Responsibilities that include data analysis and identification of process improvement opportunities. Coordinates with the project team to oversee all build (per checklist) needs for the project. The role will span all department operations and give the successful candidate a thorough understanding of all aspects of the value stream. Projects will heavily incorporate lean manufacturing, theory of constraints, quick response manufacturing, Just-In-Time, Methods-Time Measurement, or a variety of other systems improvement philosophies.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with process Owners to create shop floor paperwork and SWRs
  • Print off the SFP needed and kit with the build including any additional SFP needed to be provided by engineers
  • Raw materials in SAP in charge of ordering them from the warehouse
  • Work with Lab owner to schedule equipment time to meet project needs
  • Coordinate with pilot MDS on priority for the day/week to meet schedule and deadlines
  • Check for GDP errors and if parameters are met before they move builds between factories/labs
  • Manage the build order status and update the tracker on the status of the builds
  • Interface with build owners if there are any issues with the builds. Machine downtime, process issues, and material issues.
  • Once the build is finished drop it off to Quality Tech or Tech Writer assigned to have scanned and uploaded and for a final check of the SFP
  • Shipping
  • Sterilization Requests
  • Track Inventory and monitor it and let the appropriate people know when low


Required qualifications:

  • 1 year with an AA degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Training other team members in technical material
  • Troubleshooting technical problems
